Meditation and Meeting a Spirit Guide

Last night at our Spiritual Empowerment Workshop we engaged in a short meditation which allowed us to meet one of our spirit guides. I was so excited. My Protector spirit guide came through. His name was Jethro. Jethro was in his 30's, from the biblical times, and had amazing blue eyes. His clothes were illuminated. A white and yellow robe is what he wore. He spoke to me by saying, "You are protected and safe." That statement meant a lot to me. I feel that he is with me making sure I am safe. What an amazing discovery to know we can meet our guides then call on them whenever we feel the need. I am going to do this meditation again in hopes to connect with a different spirit guide.
